Why should I book with IN Entertainment?

Peace of mind.  When booking with us you are assured of top quality and professional entertainment delivered by our hand picked performers. These performers are the best and most talented in their respective entertainment fields and have years of experience to back them up.

Don't take chances with unreliable performers that book themselves out without a provable track record, or be fooled by a company that throws up multiple websites and does their best to pose as multiple companies, only to offer the same uninspiring entertainment at every turn.

We work closely with you from start to finish, making sure your party or event is planned in detail and goes off flawlessly.

What is a singing telegram?

A singing telegram is more than just a person showing up to sing a song. It's a professional singer performing a fifteen minute mini-concert as the entertaining character of your choice. We also personalize each telegram by creating and having the performer recite a personalized and humorous poem to your lucky recipient to end the performance in style.  This has become a very popular addition to every Singing Telegram as it has the guests howling with laughter and the Birthday boy or girl wondering how we know so much about them.  We have our ways!

Our most popular singing telegrams options are from our roster of funny and entertaining telegram characters.  Perhaps you'd like a singing delivery person to surprise someone at their office or a singing Banana to brighten someone's day. We have many entertaining concepts to choose from.  Celebrity impersonators are also an option, so tell us what you'd like and we'll work with you to make it happen. We're confident we'll have something to fit your needs.

Where can I send a singing telegram?

Just about anywhere! We go to homes, offices, businesses and restaurants. It’s a good idea to get permission from company supervisors or restaurant management beforehand. Our telegrams are personalized to your recipient, but the performances always draw a lot of attention from onlookers! It is also a good idea to have a contact person at the location that knows the telegram is coming and can keep it a secret from the lucky recipient.

I want to take photos/video of the performance, can I?

Of course!  The memories of these performances are going to last a lifetime, so why not digitally capture them to make sure of that?  Our performers are more than happy to pose for photos after their shows and will stick around until everyone has had their photo taken. Taking video of the performance is a great idea!  You'll want to watch them over and over... and hey, if you want to send us any photos to share in our photo gallery, we'd love that!  Please send any photos to:  info@inentertainment.ca

Do you offer corporate and wedding entertainment?

Yes, we specialize in live entertainment for corporate events and wedding receptions. We provide entertainment for corporate Christmas parties, birthday/retirement parties, special events, festivals and conferences... Along with music and live entertainment for wedding receptions and much more.  Everything from live Top 40 and cover bands, to celebrity impersonators and walk around magicians.  Let us know what you'd like to see and we'll work with you to make it a reality. 

Do your entertainers bring their own equipment to perform?

Yes, all our performers are fully equipped and prepared to bring everything they need for their show (Portable amplifiers, CD/Flash Drive players, iPod Docks, Microphones, etc).  All they need is an electrical outlet to plug them in.  So sit back, relax and enjoy the show!  If your party or event already has a sound system in place, our performers can simply tap their music tracks into that system with ease, making sure there is optimum sound quality for their performance.

Do I need to call to confirm my reservation after I've booked?

Not at all.  Once your booking is entered into our system you are all set!  Booking entertainment takes just a few minutes and we'll talk you through the process to provide you with all the information you need. We will also send you a courtesy email within 48 hours of your event to let you know everything is on track, so you don't have to worry about a thing.

What guarantee do I have that the entertainment will show up?

We staff only professional and highly reliable entertainers, singers and musicians, etc. Our performers are carefully screened and we employ only the best of the best. They show up at events on time and always deliver wonderful and entertaining performances. Of course, situations can arise that are beyond our control, and our performers will always call ahead in plenty of time should they be faced with a delay or a problem.  Need more convincing?  Visit our TESTIMONIALS page to read what others had to say about their experience with us.

How much notice is needed to Book an Entertainer?

As much time as you can give us! We're known to be able to pull off same or next day performances, but advanced reservations are always appreciated and can assure that the performer you want is available for you.  24-48 hours before is usually enough time, but a week or more would really work in everyone's favor (less last minute scrambling).  Obviously, the further ahead you book, the more chance you have that the date and time you want will be available, especially when booking entertainment for corporate events and in the few months leading up to the holiday season.  Bookings are on a "first come, first serve" basis, so if you're an early bird, chances are you'll get the worm.

Can I tip the performer for a job well done?

We are a service organization and your satisfaction is our top priority. If you feel your performer has done an exceptional job, you may offer a gratuity at your discretion. We also appreciate any feedback or Testimonial you can offer us regarding the performance or a specific performer.  We love to hear it!

Do you offer any package deals where two or more entertainers can be booked?

We sure do! Give us a call during business hours and we'll talk you through all the packages deals we offer.  If you need a couple or multiple entertainers for a single event we will work something out for you.

How do I know I'm getting quality entertainment?

We guarantee it! IN Entertainment is one of the most trusted and often referred entertainment companies in Toronto.  We pride ourselves on our stellar reputation, outstanding performers and positive feedback from our clients. Our reputation is our greatest asset and we know it!  Don't be fooled by other companies that over saturate their websites with false photos and/or outdated photos of performers they don't actually have on their roster.  With IN Entertainment, our website is constantly being updated in an effort to make sure that what you see is exactly who you'll get.

Can I see/hear samples of the entertainment I'm considering?

Absolutely!  Click on any of the YOUTUBE logos found on the site to be taken to our YouTube channel!  We have lots of sample video clips of our performers for you to see.  We're positive that once you take a sneak peek for yourself, you'll be able to proceed with your entertainment booking in total confidence.  Follow us on all of our social media platforms to be kept in the loop with everything going on here at IN Entertainment, along with always giving you fresh ideas for any upcoming events you'll be planning.

Just wondering, do your impersonators actually sing?

Yes they do!  We only work with celebrity impersonators that are trained professional singers.  There are a lot of impersonators that lip-sync out there, but that's not our thing.  We believe every performance should be as authentic as possible in both look and sound.  We're positive you'll be impressed with how close we get to the real deal!

Do your entertainers travel outside of Toronto?

Yes!  Our entertainers regularly travel outside of Toronto and the GTA, however you may be subject to additional costs and fees.  Call us to get a quote for your particular location and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Do you offer different payment options?

Yes!  We offer many convenient and secure payment options for you to consider.  We'll be happy to talk with you and figure out which option suits you best.

Oh no!  I need to cancel my booking.  How does that work?

Obviously we know there are circumstances beyond anyone's control that arise and we're sympathetic to that.  We are happy to refund all payments and/or deposits made, in full, up to 48 hours before your booking was to take place.  Cancellations requested within 48 hours of an event are subject to a "Last Minute" 100.00 cancellation fee.  If you need to cancel your booking within 48 hours of your event date, we will issue a refund of your deposit or payment minus the 100.00 fee (if your deposit was less than 100.00, we will consider that the cancellation fee).  We try to be as fair as possible when these situations arise.
